I was fortunate enough to visit Sarajevo with my sister and nephew. We toured Sarajevo with Jadranka, and it could not have been better. It was like walking around the city with an old friend, very comfortable, very informative. It is one thing to read guide books. It is another to walk with someone like Jadranka, who obviously loves her city and knows it intimately. She provided great information and would answer any question. Sarajevo is a city to be visited for many reasons, for its beauty, for its long history, and to try and honor in even a very small way the horrors people went through for 4 years. I can't think of a better person to show you all the parts of Sarajevo than Jadranka.

I traveled with my family to Sarajevo last week. I had been there many times before but my family had not. Jadranka's walking tour of Sarajevo was interesting and informative for all of us. She covered history, culture, religion, the war and many other topics in a knowledgeable way. Although I'm certain that she has given hundreds of tours in Sarajevo, she was enthusiastic and interested in our questions, always answering them with even more information. She was completely flexible on our route, adding sites to meet our specific interests. I am a university professor who is bringing students to study and work in Bosnia this summer and I am looking forward to working closely with Jadranka on the informational tours throughout Bosnia and language lessons that my students will need. If you are in Bosnia and want to take language lessons, tour Sarajevo or tour other parts of the country, you would be wise to start with Jadranka Suster.

Jadranka Suster created an unforgettable series of tours of Sarajevo based on my interests and needs, greatly enhancing my stay there through a better understanding of Sarajevo's rich culture, and fascinating history and people. Having spent one-day with Jadranka in Sarajevo I am still amazed about how much me and my friend managed to pick up during our stay, mainly caused by her extensive knowledge of the city and its history we are now far more knowledgable about Bosnia and Sarajevo in particular than we were before.
